Day 12ish

Bah. Bad start to the day.

Breakfast: Up late so I did Jack in the Box sourdough breakfast jack combo. It’s a fried egg and cheese sandwich with hashbrowns and orange juice.

Lunch: Minestrone soup with chicken, cottage cheese, turkey sandwich with a big tomato, and a fruit coctail cup. I should have waited a bit after the sandwich and tomato - I felt full before I finished the fruit cup.

Dinner: Toasted ham & swiss on rye - lotsa mustard and a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese to empty out the container. I also had a few rice puff snacks and tortilla chips with salsa.
You know what’s good about your day? You finished it awesome! I’m so the queen of saying, well eff it, I’ll start again tomorrow and that’s such a dumb thing to do.
I need to start again right after I screw up, not tomorrow.

just came acorss your blog.. my friend and I just starting posting the exact same thing yesterday.. we are hoping that admitting to the world how much we eat should prick our conscience.. i’m hoping to lose 5 kgs(dunno how many pounds that is) in a month.. hope we keep it going.. and all the best with your program.

I’ve gained back everything from last year’s contest. I suck at losing weight.
Need some incentive…how about this:
Today:
Breakfast- coffee and cigarettes
Lunch- 2 White Castle Double Cheeseburgers, fries, coke
Dinner- 1/2 of a can of German potato salad (it tasted as good as it sounds), 3 peanut butter cookies (to get the taste out) and 2 (so far) vodka martinis.
You could totally kick my ass, dude.
